Airport CEO/CAO – Success Development
A leading airport group with multiple airports within its portfolio and with significant plans for expansion regionally and globally, desired to upskill its CEOs and Chief Airport Officers, as well as its identified High Performers. Their objective was to equip these leaders with the ideal and necessary skills to support the future vision of the group. CEP was appointed to design and deliver a 9-module program, integrating “Action Learning Projects”. The program continues for 15 months and is currently ongoing.
